Policies

• Check In: Flexible up to 8pm 
   
• Check Out: 11am on day of departure, or by prior arrangement

• Reservations can be made online by deposit or by full payment. If paying by deposit, a one nights deposit is due for stays up to 6 days, for 7 days and over two nights deposit is required.  All rates subject to change without notice (or until a deposit has been confirmed).
   
• Because of our small size, cancellations impact us significantly; 14 days notice is required to refund a deposit, unless otherwise stipulated.  A $25.00 processing fee will apply. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refund.  There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.
   
• We accept Mastercard, Visa, US travelers cheques and US & Belizean cash.

• Children over 10 are warmly welcomed in the main B&B, families with younger children will enjoy the guest house.
    
• Breakfast served between 8:30 and 9:30 daily. Please let us know at time of reservation if you have any special dietary needs.
   
• For the comfort of other guests there is no smoking inside the Bed and Breakfast.
   
• No pets allowed, but you are welcome to share ours.
